A tip for anyone making pico, don’t forget to add the cumin

"Pico de gallo" (not the real name but whatever)
1 onion
1 tomato
8 lemons
1 jalape1 serrano
About a spoonful of coriander
Lemon pepper
Garlic powder
Soy sauce
Chop them veggies, put in a bowl, add lemon juice, mix it up and let it sit in the fridge for about 10 minutes, take it out, add some lemon pepper garlic powder and a dash of soy sauce, mix it up again and take a whiff, the smell will let you know if its ready.
For people who cant handle spicy stuff, take out the serrano and make it 2 jalape the bigger they are the milder it is, and to add flavor and a bit of gringoer taste you can add a few drops of tabasco in to the mix.
