Memory Screen was the first skate video I ever bought. I went to a skate park/shop and it was the only video they had so I didn't have much of a choice (I was hell bent on getting a video). I remember watching it when I got home and being kind of disappointed because it wasn't what I was expecting but I still liked the weirdness of it. Now, thinking back on it, that video helped mold me and the way I look at certain things and how I imagine things. It also introduced me to one of my favorite bands of all time, Dinosaur Jr. The video is fucking incredible. There's never been anything like it and never will be.
I let a friend borrow my copy in high school and I never saw it again.
About 10 years ago I tracked down a copy of eBay for around $20, so happy I did that now that I see what it's going for.
