I was excited for the Billy/Clint fight to unfold but it never did. I doubt vice would make the choice to omit a fight. Probably Burnett. It seems like he micro managed the editing with all of his archived photos sprinkled throughout.

I like certain pros a lot more after watching the show honestly- elijah, jaws, and even sherm for example seem cooler than I thought.

I can't tell if I'm disappointed in the show for making KOTR shittier, or stoked that it is actually one of the more entertaining "reality" TV shows I've ever seen. Probably somewhere in between.

Clint Walker might be worse than Nick Merlino but probably not.

Clint went way too far with hitting Raven with his board, but Raven getting a pass for slashing someone's tire? If Raven was so offended by Clint messing with Jonny (after Raven messed with Clint) that he thought they should have squared up like "men" then why didn't he just go straight over to Clint and square up to him? also Toy Machine with their Birdhouse van was fucking epic. You could almost see tears in their eyes cause they were so embarrassed- except for ben raybourn who thought it was funny. but these dirty skid punks that own thrasher properly liked the giving birth thing a lot more.

Professional skateboarders sabotaging tricks, slashing tires, fighting / threatening each other, and then denying one another hospitality... that episode kinda took a turn for the worse. Major bummer to have talented dudes vibe each other out at a spot, kinda takes away from the stoke of skateboarding.

Perhaps this is just a result of the act of bringing competition into skateboarding. It makes for good entertainment, but anyone who has ever had beef with someone else knows it's not a pleasant feeling.

It's like vultures chomping at the bits of a freshly killed carcass.

Then again this was the result of a situation where first come is first served, who ever rolled away from a challenge was the winner. Andy Roy said it was a war and wars are never fun.
