Rowley is a guy who definitely doesn't fart when skating. He said, I think to Jenkem, that he needs to take a shit before skating, especially if he's planning on doing anything big, so unless he has some problems with digestion or his intestines, he wouldn't exactly be able to play God Save the Queen with a trumpet up his ass.
