Off topic sorta, but for the longest time I thought process skaters were relatively smart (high-school degree and/or some college) , after the epicly later'd series came out in 2006/2007, I realized that most pros were not only high-school drop outs, but most had substance abuse issues, and were Financially wreck less. Changed my perspective and expectation of them.

yea pretty sure he dropped out in middle school and just chilled and slept at the skate park all day long doesnt come off as the brightest dude but really doesnt have to be if he keeps shredding and isnt an idiot with his nike money

 Obviously he was doing a bit more at that skatepark than just chilling and sleeping man.  Dude dreamed big and didn't divert his attention away from his goal by fucking with high school.  Not really a reason to think someone is dumb.

Dropping out and failing out are 2 different things. I'm not hip to the VB scene so I wouldn't know. The weather out there would be perfect for sleeping at the skatepark though.

Skating without insoles makes someone dumb? Lucas Puig admitted to not wearing insoles in his latest interview and that dude makes bank off of Helas and Adidas, so I wouldn't call him dumb.

As said before, Colden makes more money than most of us by doing what he loves. So being a little dim isn't hurting him too much.
