I liked HS soooooo much more than the Adidas video. I think the difference for me was the expectations I had for each video. I thought Away Days would blow my mind and, due to that last Volcom video that was like 1/3 skating, I didn't expect much from Holy Stokes. I watched both of them in full and even though they're around the same length AD seemed to drag on forever whereas HS had a much better flow to it. I might also be biased because of new Daan and GT footage though

I counted like 3 tricks that didn't have a quick cut right before the ollie. I guess everyone is used to this shit now but it is incredibly irritating to me - it's like trying to fall asleep in a room with a ticking clock. It's small & it shouldn't bug me that much but after awhile it's all I can hear.

The multi angle/quick cut shit was crap when Stacy Peralta did it, it was crap when Ty did it, it's still crap. It is the #1 reason I don't rewatch most videos now.

Can't wait for the raw footage of this part because the skating is fucking unreal...
