Fuck steep kicktails and concave.

   Do you guys like the steep angles?  I liked the original girl style of mellow concaves and kicks. Or even tiny bit flatter.  Pretty much impossible to find (especially in wide), why!!??

Girl and Chocolate always seem kinda flat in comparison to say any DLX board, which I skate 9 times outta 10.

I've noticed on the last 4-5 AH's I've had from 2015-2016 have all been nearly completely flat boards. I brought one back into the shop I remember because I thought maybe I got a bad one but they were all like that. Seems like DLX has some extremely mellow concaves on Krooked and Anti Hero's and gets into steeper concaves for the Real boards.

I rode a shop deck that went through some wood source in Cali and the boards had a super deep concave. It took me awhile to get used to and then I liked it a lot. I felt I could lock onto my board better, but going back to the mellower DLX boards didn't really make me feel I could pop any more or less, or whatever. I don't know...I suck anyways. I nerd out on trucks and wheels more than my boards.

Every Sovrn board that I've had was the flattest board that I've ever skated.  super mellow kicks and literally almost no concave.  I prefer a flatter board as well.  More control and easier to flip (for me)

I've historically preferrred flat decks with a tapered kicktail.

Flip tricks were my thing, not sure if there is any specific correlation.

I've had a couple $lave's and thought they were sick. They have a nice fat ass nose on them.

I like flatter boards. If you find the Hopps "control concave" boards, that's the steepest mold that Chapman makes. Scumco "Deep Dish" is also very deep.

Steepest board I ever seen was this bacon deck some kid had. The nose and tail were super steep, big and tall and the concave was super deep. It almost looked like a novelty board at first glance.

Having a flat-foot means it's nearly impossible for me to enjoy a flat board so I enjoy anything with concave.

I like concave, for me it helps forms the flips smoother and gives me more of this control. Flat boards feel broken in and flip faster but to me flat boards feel cheap. Concaved boards are so nice when you get use to the shape and can do everything once your adjusted and it's funny cause when a friend tries your board they'll feel so off

i saw my first ever slave board at my local park some weeks ago and this had the steepest nose/tail i have seen too. looked like a bucket

i gave a workshop board i rode for a while to a friend of mine...once he set it up and skated through the park the board shot out into a bunch of other boards laying around randomly and in this bunch of boards i could have told you wich one was the workshop board because it had such a steep nose and tail it was wild. did not even recognize it while i was riding it...i mean i felt that it had a good amount of nose and tail but seeing it was something else.

I need some clarification; are Anti Hero's and FA's considered steep? The only boards I've skated that I noticed extreme flatness on was Toy Machine

I really dig flat boards i feel more confident when i land. I was skating on a real "mellow concave" deck and i loved it, super durable too though i wish i could say the same about my current deck.
