Nice rebrand. I still sort of liked their OG logo with the owl even though it had too much Palace triangle action going. The new stuff looks good though.

Haha, I'm sure some of it has to do with him having a legend status, but he's out there again. He's had some stuff coming up recently, he had that insane kickflip at City Hall in Philly up those round manny pad things people skate, and of course like you mentioned that Static parts (though a lot of the footage hardly seemed very recent in that). He looks to have shed some pounds and it seems like he's out there skating. I'm hoping we get a full part in the near future.

nah man, it's the exact opposite. Think about how long gone most dudes of his generation are. Quim putting out a part in Static V, getting on a new company, having the occasional photo or clip, compare that to most his contemporaries, the ones that still skate are mostly in some berrics-style tfs and there's a cloud hanging over them. Quim somehow still seems to be doing just what he always has, he was never the big producer, quality over quantity, that's him.

he talked about this in an interview a couple years ago, he said he was having a real hard time and had to make money to support his kid, so he took the offer for this one time thing. hard to blame a dude for trying to literally put food on the table.
