Felt like the music fit the narrative of old vs new pretty well.
Agreed. Once upon a time I liked Drum and Bass. Many, many years ago. It's not used too often in vids and I think it worked here.

It is a way better brand of music than it's headache-inducing modern counterpart. A genre of music which will remain nameless.

I guess that's what was implied the narrator, and the music was to go with that

The narrator seemigly praised Seoul for it's diverse buildings from different time periods.
Songdo, the futuristic business district, was the one the narrator called out for being generic.
