If you're interested they're worth checking out. I've skated the 8.3 and 8.38 ones and they both served me pretty well.

You guys seen the new Dickies flex pants?
Tried a pair on at Walmart and they felt legit. Same dickies fit bit with a bunch more stretch, might fuck with a pair this weekend.

I'm strongly considering getting an 8.25 for my next deck. I haven't been skating nearly as much as I used to, but I'm doing it on a much regular basis now, and damn the 8.5 is killing me. I'm thinking about just buying two Chapman blanks because I've heard great things about their wood and it's much cheaper to buy two of them and have them shipped here than going to a local shop and buying two. But then I feel bad not supporting my local shop. Definitely getting a chapman board of some sorts.

Can never have enough shoes. Felt this way after seeing someone's stock pile of Reynolds Mids. Shoes I like seems to get discontinued pretty often so I need to start building a reserve myself.

This. Shoes come and go like/with the seasons...colorways even more so.

If you find a shoe that does everything you want, no reason to not stockpile a few pairs when you catch them on sale.

You all make some good points.  If they're still up by the end of the week I'll probably end up buying a pair.  Reading this thread it feels like I have financial prudence on my right shoulder and Slap on my left.

I got a pair for work, haven’t skated in them. They’re nice and comfy. After washing them, they got stretchier.

They razortail and chip like a normal NHS board would. They do however keep their crispy feeling for a longer.

really grippy. it might feel a little bulky in the beginning depending on what other shoes you are coming from! i'm on my 8th pair or something. should last pretty good too!

HAS ANYONE GOTTEN THEIR FEET ON THE NEW GONZ BLIND REISSUE?  I want to know cause I'm hoping the kicktail is super mellow.

It's between mellow and high. The board itself is pretty flat, dug the shape but the heat transfer kind is made from shit wood. Only saying this because I'm on a Gabriel 101 re-issue that is screen printed and skates great

Anyone skated one of those doom sayers 8.4 shovel boards? Don't really know much about the brand but that shape/ wheelbase combo looks nice

Impish sausage is definitely gonna blow up as a euphemism this year
