Thinking about picking up some Huf classics. How’s the sizing?
[close]
I had to size up .5 to avoid hurting my flexor tendons, in the high tops. The low tops are generally true to size.

True to size for the highs for me. Haven’t tested the lows.

I almost bought one of those $75 Zippos that Andrew Allen etched. I’m glad they sold out immediately because even I thought it was a waste of money.

Most recent deck I skated was a WKND 8.5 X 14.25 WB but I noticed it razor tailed relatively quickly. Considering a Habitat with similar dimensions (graphics are easy on the eyes too)--any recommendations? PS Stix vs BBS wood in general?

i'm skating a habitat p2 right now and it's one of the best decks i've ever had, it's still stiff after 2 months of actively skating it, doesn't have any chips and still has a lot of pop

In my opinion.. deluxe hoodies fit a bit large. I get size large hoodies in basically every other company but medium from deluxe. But then I wouldn't dry the mediums. I just felt like the last 2 dlx hoodies I had in large felt like they were from the hip hop style size. In saying that though maybe if you dry them they end up fitting ok?

To further explain.. the body of the hoodie felt a bit long. As in come-down-over-my-hips-and-get-stretched-at-the bottom-thus-making-it-weird-shaped. Possibly fixed with a shrinking but then sometimes the arms or the body don't shrink evenly or the hood itself shrinks too much. Hence why I don't put hoodies in the dryer

What size deck are you going to be putting them on?

If an 8-8.25 that’s fine, anything bigger just get 149s.

8.125. I really like my Ace 44s but I’m curious to see how Thunders feel.

Haven’t tried Aces yet, but I do like the responsiveness of thunders, and that quicker pop due to the height.

There's a huge difference between saying "I wanna see how they feel" and "I want to skate better."

Debating the Carpet x Killing Floor deck- it's $60 + shipping on most sites and haven't wanted to pull the trigger and spend around $70 on a new board even though there were only 50 made so I feel like I should just go for it

Go half a size up. Good while they last but fell apart quick on me. In the end nike gave me $130 in store credit when i paid $60 for them so it worked out in my favor

They form exactly to your feet so it feels tight in comparison to regular dunks, but if you don't mind that it's fine. The mesh falls apart fairly quick so you should shoe goo that. At first it's really stiff and not very skateable but wear them for a while and they will skate quite nicely.

felt cool, but definitely go the half size up and prepare for your ankles feeling weird after you take them off. don't wear them for an extended period of time if you're not skating or not moving (i.e. don't wear them if you're going to drive for 2 hours and not really move your feet around). they do a great job at stabilizing your ankle but i felt like it was to the degree of it immobilizes it so much that it's actually preventing it from moving freely. i skated them three times and gave in and went back to converse, i regret nothing.

that being said you should totz get them.

Dunk Elite Highs skate well, but aren't very comfortable when you aren't skating. That is disappointing because the Dunk Elite Low is a great chiller.

I picked up my highs for $60. I'd say try it out if you are interested in the sock liner, certainly a unique feeling shoe.
