I’m trying to find a non-hooded, non-puffy jacket that does good for 20-40 F.  Made in USA or any European country.

I rather get something from a skateboard brand. Certain kinds of people have ruined Patagonia/North Face/Osprey/Marmot for me.

I'm really wanting these:

My feet/back/knees are tired of skating in Vans but I'm also worried about running something bulkier.

There's certain things I've come to realize skate specific companies don't make as well as other outerwear brands. With the exception of polar I wont buy pants from a skate brand or heavy jackets

I skated vans before, and after this model.
Vans are a joke compared to NB, don't worry about boardfeel. You will skate great in these.

Thanks for the vote of confidence.  Think I'll go for it.  You get the same size in these as Vans models?

Goretex.

But now I’ve got that out the way, I bought a cons primaloft jacket that’s a coach fit but it’s super warm and water repelant. I don’t know if you’re after that but it’s pretty great

I get TTS for sure. Vans changes sizes for me depending on what season it is since they seem to change their insole or outsole pretty frequently in the last few years, so I go 9 or 9.5 in Vans.

I always reference Nike is my TTS which is 9.5, and I got 9.5 in these and they fit great.

Has anyone tried these on? Hows the insole? Think of copping a pair.

I have this exact shoe right now after skating 3 pairs of slip on pros back-to-back, and I honestly don't see myself skating a different model shoe for a long time.

i didnt notice any change in "heaviness" when I went up from 139 to 149... so, the 'jump' from 144 to 149 prob wont make any actual difference either

I would hate to ride an Element board but this 8.3 shaped keith haring deck is calling me on this day
what the fuck? So I went for it and bought the damn thing and this is what they sent

is it just me or is this not even remotely the same shape? Trying to figure out if it's a camera trick or if the first deck actually exists as a separate entity

The Hawk Protos are on sale and they only have them in 11.

Strayes say they are TTS and I wear an 11.5

Lakais are supposedly TTS and I wear an 11.

One would think I'd be good ordering an 11, right?

Backup board cracked all the way through last night. Thinking about getting either an 8.62 krooked, 8.8 Welcome (Sanchez shape), or an 8.6-8.75 Polar or WKND if I can find one for dumb cheap

Thanks for response. I lose my lame 3flips when I size up, but 159s are my favorite feeling Indy’s. Hoping the weight of ti’s Got me the best of both. Probably nonsense. If I just skate a smaller board I don’t need things to be so specific. Thanks again

Ha, that's the exact krooked I was looking at. Seems to have a big ass nose too, which I'm a fan of

Crockett 2's are definitely one of my favorite pairs of shoes. They skate great and you got a sick colorway so have no regrets on that purchase lol

I have that exact pair in a box in my closet that I skated once because they killed my feet.
