Perpignan, biggest park in Europe?
« on: April 04, 2017, 06:37:09 PM »
Don't know if the biggest but for sure in the list of the bigger ones. Not an enormous fan of skateparks, but if u are around south of France this new place is a must for some hours of joy.

Perpignan 2575 m2  is build by constructo leading skatepark company in France,
they have done also Luxembourg 2620m2 and Merignan 3030 m2 near Marseille
with the brandnew rebuild classic park at prado beach.

But I recommend Cologne /Germany - they have in a nice comfortable small city
the North Park private - empty and 2700m2 big skatepark,- a public streetplaza 2000m2 by the river
Plus 5 smaller nice public parks all over the city 800-1200m2 + tons of streetspots and beer at the kiosk
at the next corner, + they build in both  neighboring city's just 30min with public transport big parks duesseldorf with
3800m2 germanys biggest park building startet 4 weeks ago and Bonn on the other side they start just last weeks with
design - budget and area is decided.

You only can top this with combination from Malmo/ Copenhagen greatest city's in summertime
both city's have great indoor parks and to many parks to list in best quality.

if you like skateparks Daniel yabar www.danielyabar.com
is doing right now a great job design wise he build a great
Park la granja at tenerifa- perfect winter hideaway.

tons of streetspots is a bit exaggerated- there are a couple of good spots. but yeah, a lot of good skateparks.

Bump

Anyone know of any spots in Perpignan? Or anything to do for a day in the city?
