PARFAIT!!

As we say in frog-land ha....   ;D
What made it even better for me is that Penal Code was one of those vids I never got to see back in those pre-internet days. and I had no idea so many heads were in this!

So now the tough question : were the skating/hip hop scenes simply better/purer in the 90's? Or are we all just nostalgic for our youth? Pretty good essay material if you ask me...

Yo thank you so much MANOLOS! Can't believe how quick those 21 minutes flew by.

At the same time everybody is 'complaining' that kids nowadays try to emulate the 90s look but if you ask me they're not even close.

Lavar was on fire at this time -- between Trilogy, Penal Code, his 411 Profile, etc., he probably had 10 minutes of footage that year.

Also, I had never seen some of this until just now:

I'm too young to have seen the original videos and most of the youtube versions are pretty shitty, this was great to see. All of the iconic styles from the time as well as the dudes I've never heard of made it feel like a good period piece into that era of skateboarding. I'd be interested in where many of these smaller name dudes ended up.
