The first shoe I was very careful and gently pulled, tugged and used a razor blade because I thought they were stitched in, based on comments in here. Once I realized that wasn't the case, I just pulled the other one a little more forcefully and it came out easy.

cheers, once you can get your finger under the insole where it isn’t glued down then it down become super easy; little bit of residue on my first attempt, but on the 2nd shoe it went perfect 👌 slipped in my some footprints and we’re good to go! Cheers for the advice

So it looks like the Silo SCs and accel plus are finally hitting the shores here, any slap heads rocked them yet? Wondering if I need to size up on the SCs?

Last resort AB initial impressions: don’t think I’ll skate them tbh, took them out for a quick spin today but felt the support was lacking, grip on the soles is mint though!

I felt the same way as both of you...way too stiff, and the gigantic popcush insole combined with the wafflecup sole makes it feel like i'm over 2" off the ground. Heavy moonboot feel. These went into the closet almost instantly.

last resort are too in between sizes, eS evants are too puffy, not sure how the Silos will fit, wondering if I should try Dickson’s shoe even though it’s a vulc? Should I order the 213s online because I can’t get them in Japan...

Did you ever check out the Stan Smiths? All of the colors in the mainstream line are now vegan so they should be readily available in Japan. Of that original vegan pack that came out, I found the Stans to be the most skatable by far, and the Andrew Cannon review was very positive as well.

Been skating the Last Resorts... They honestly feel really good... I surprisingly haven't ripped an ollie hole in either foot yet... Which happens usually after one or two sessions with my other shoes... Although there is this weird like ... Plastic coating around the sole of the shoe that's pealing off... It looks like I have a bunch of super glue pealing off the bottoms of my shoes... Anyone else deal with this?

yeah, there’s some cool limited edition colors out at the moment actually so I was thinking I should just go with them. Still wondering about the emericas too! Could probably cop both if I bounce some of the excess pairs I have on ice...

are we talking Silo SCs with the Quattro sole? The accel plus is the same as the one on the swifts so it should break in very quickly. I had to half size up for the evants though, so now I’m tripping about the sizing

common characteristic apparently. If they fitted me better size wise, I’d be really down for them: they felt good for a vulc and that sole is so grippy!

I got some Samarria New Balance 213's in size 9. Sized down half a size as recommended and they're still way too big. These things are huge! My husband with size 11 feet said they fit him perfectly.

The materials feel soft like suede. You can really feel the difference in how pliable these are compared to the vegan accel slims I usually buy. Bummer that they run so large.
