Mesut Ozil to Real Madrid.  The only thing that really bums me out about this is that I wanted him at Manchester United.

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.

I was always wondering about this one: How is Schalke perceived outside of Germany?
As much as I don't have one specific team I am a hardcore fan for, granted I would hate Schalke to ever win the Championship.
Needless to say the videos of how they got robbed of their championship in 2002 with the last minute overtime goal from Bayern still puts a smile on my face everytime.

I'd like to see Spurs do good, but I don't really care if they get knocked out.

United-Rangers will be a good extremely one-sided game

I don't think Spurs can manage doing well at home and in the CL, they'll definitely fuck up one of those competitions.

I'm pretty much clueless when it comes to the real reputations of Bundesliga teams, but I've seen enough to know they generally bring exciting matches. Lots of offense, basically the opposite of every Scottish team's Champions League appearances.

People watch Bundesliga? Just kidding...

I haven't been keeping up with the football with school keeping me busy. Although I did catch a little bit of that Chelsea - West Ham match. Humiliating for West Ham.

^ How did him and Villa mesh? I saw that they both had a goal, Messi 2, but I missed the game I was working

I'm much more hyped on Villa then Zlatan, it never looked like he fit with Barca, maybe I just watched some bad games

Would have worked better if Messi passed the ball to Zlatan

If Milan keep playing the way they did yesterday, Ronaldinho/Ibra could prove to be an insane partnership. He didn't mesh too well at Barca but the dude's always been one of my favourites for whatever reason.

The Arsenal game was pretty good yesterday. They were playing really well.

On an unrelated note, I was looking threw youtube crowd videos and some of them are amazing. Its one of the things I love about European football. You'd never see something like this in the Prem League these days.

Yes, Barca plays a different kind of football, the midfield holds the ball alot and eventually everything goes to Messi, Zlatan is one of my favourites too, since i am swedish, there is alot of hate going on in Sweden towards him that i really cant understand, guess its just jealosy, but the dude sure is one of the best when he wants to

Gotta hand it to him for that second goal.

Its fun watching Chelsea destroy teams. Drogba is something else.

West Bromwich keeper was wearing a baseball cap during the match against Man U. I didn't know that kind of headwear was allowed.
