That game deserved to be a draw.  I didn't think Fabregas deserved the previous penalty in my opinion but whatever.  Wenger was being a wanker.

Stoked that Man City's going to the finals of the FA cup.  Don't even care if they win it all or not as long as United is out.  Sorry thepman.

I liked Wenger's and Kenny Daglish's little interaction at the end of the game.

I would've liked a winner out of that Spurs and Arsenal game, but as a neutral, I thought it was pretty entertaining.

Real Madrid getting the Copa del Rey for the first time in 17 years is pretty crazy. That's a long ass dry spell.

COPA DEL REY APLASTADA, SE LE CAE A SERGIO RAMOS Y EL AUTOBUS LA ATROPELLA

Ramos dropped the cup and the bus ran it over.  Haha.

I really hope barcelona is going to defeat Real madrid twice. Because I don't like anti-football at all.
real played in a 5-4-1 position last game. Thats's so lame.
defending and countering. Really annoying.

For real. While I do think real deserved to win that game (how many times did Ronaldo blow it right in front of the goal?) I'd much rather watch barca ping the ball around or watch Messi take on 4 guys and somehow always come out with the ball. I think if barca can get Puyol back in the lineup and get Villa more involved they will find more success, but easier said then done. Seems like real has done their homework after the 5 - 0 romping earlier this season and has figured out a way to hold off barca's attack.

Not to mention that everyone who likes you told you not to buy that shirt in the first place.

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.

I couldn't watch that game after a while, everyone was just constantly going to the ref over nothing, players were diving everywhere and the ref was blowing for anything and everything, the only thing i did enjoy was messi's 2nd goal, truly amazing.

I can't say that I don't enjoy the drama, but there was definitely some questionable sportsmanship during that match.

(in butthead voice) jose mourinho rules.

edit: also, clint dempsey rules. scored 2 yesterday, giving him 33 all time for fulham, making him their top scorer. USA! USA! USA!

All that "I'd be ashamed to have won the CL the way Pep did" talk that Mourinho's been spouting is ridiculous, but entertaining nonetheless. Love a good rivalry, hopefully the second leg's cleaner (yeah right).

First half was tough to watch. Pretty dull to just see real bunker into their half and wait for a counter attack again. They didn't think barca would be ready for that after two games of them playing the same way? Unfortunantly that meant barca had to play conservative too to avoid being countered on.

Second half was far more enjoyable. After the red, barca knew they had a chance to get some away goals and started to push forward. Messi was amazing, as usual. Love how he just plays and tends to not get caught up in the bullshit. Also love how he doesn't go down at the slightest touch like most of the other players on the field were doing. Second goal was classic Messi. Going for the three-peat for footballer of the year.

around 1:35 you can see pepe doesn't hit alves. But if you go for the leg like that you can snap it in half.
I hate theater that busquets and pedro play.
Afellay is also better than pedro. He was in for 3 minutes and gave the perfect assist to messi.

go barca.
