Blown away by the support of Portland and Seattle.  That rivalry is huge for US soccer.

Ramos makin up for that CL pk miss in style! Also i guarantee Bruno Alves getting called off and then back on after nani fucked with his head. Dumb move on their part.

Ugh, Jordi Alba left on my bench and half a team of players who've already been eliminated because I didn't click "confirm transfers" last round. Goddamnit, farewell fantasy chances.

Ramos and Iniesta bossed it today. Portugal played really well though, even if Ronaldo botched all his free kicks and repeatedly just ran into people for fouls. Excited for the final now, Spain don't look so invincible and I think Germany can definitely give them a test, if it comes to that.

Just wait until the second half when he head butts an opposing player, gets sent of and precipitates a German comeback.

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.

Seriously didn't see that coming. Italy v Spain should be pretty good. A shit load of quality players and adventurous play. Scope for some on field violence and good goals.
Probably going to penalties after a 0-0 draw then

a group C final, nice. some people were surprised, and im not sure why. all this talk about the group of death...all those teams have been flops when it matters most for like the last 15 years...

people should have never under estimated italy. spain vs italy is going to be a great football match, with none of this track and field and park the bus nonsense from the other european "powerhouses". very much looking forwards to it.

^Haha those are so good holy shit.

I've been supremely pissed that I've had to work during both of the semi finals matches and now I've got to work during the finals. Fuck my life.

The only thing I wish was that Martin Tyler was commentating.  Balotelli's goals would have been so much more epic.
