Lets hope so.

Should be a good game either way.

I'm hoping for some Mario Balotelli stupidity.

I think that usually goes without saying.

They should have been behind 3-0 in the first half though. Pretty good match all in all though.

Pissed at that result.  For as well as Joe Hart played he should have stopped that last goal.  Maybe he didn't see it.  I thought for sure City was at least gonna get a point.

Can't really point the finger at Hart, he was all they had in the first half. And Kompany should have blocked the shot on that third goal, He left Hart hanging on a shot that dipped 6 feet and gave him no time to react.

But Goddamn, that Benzema goal was great.

Between that match and Everton-Newcastle, this week has been entertaining as hell football-wise. Hope tomorrow lives up to the standard.

Also, the Man City fans created a fantastic chant about him.

That's great what the Sevilla fans did too.

Chelsea are going to be subjected to some bitterness for a while after what they did last year. Relax, you have a European cup to console you. Plus, people like to see teams from less dominant leagues do well in this competition. Juventus are a pretty likeable team and fun to watch.

I'm also extremely pumped on this first week of champions league action. Feels good man...

What's with the Juve love?

That's my team, I'm a fan prettymuch since I was 3 or something so I was really happy with how the game turned out, expecially since Juve hasn't been playing a CL match for 2+ years due to pretty much bullshit

Damnit ajax played on tuesday and it was 0-0 in 87th minute. lewandowski, who played awful, scored the 1-0.
Ajax is the outsider and I hoped for a sneaky 0-1. They had chances but messed up.

Next game real home and after that against man city.

Funny thing about ajax. The starting 11 on tuesday costed about $6 million in direct transfer prices. Of the 11 players, 8 also played in the youth of ajax. And still doing pretty well.

I respect that.
Bitches call me pussy, the horse filler.

Had things turned out a bit different I would have ended up a Juve fan, myself.  When I was first looking for a team to follow I initially picked Juve.  I can't really remember why things changed.  I think the Premier League was easier to get into being that they spoke English and how fast paced the league is.  Sad to see what happened to them.  I followed the Nedved, Trezeguet, Del Pierro, Comoranesi team before the shit hit the fan.  Marchisio is a really impressive player, especially at the Euros.  Vidal looks like an exciting player as well.  Juve with RVP would have been something.

Tottenham vs Lazio should be good match.  Speaking of Liverpool, did anyone see that Being: Liverpool show?  The first episode was pretty damn good.  It's going to be pretty entertaining once they get to the actual season.  Specifically the Arsenal, Hillsborough, and Man United coverage.

Still makes me laugh that Young Boys play in the Wankdorf stadium.

No idea what to expect out of this game today, Liverpool's been so depressing lately. At least it's a chance to see Assaidi, Sahin, and Pacheco play. Really excited about that Yesil kid too, he fucking lit it up with the German U-19s during the break.

But holy shit, average age of the squad today is 24, with subs included it's 22. Anyone's guess how the kids do.

Anyone who doesn't like Joey Barton, has no style, or appreciation of individuality, basically you just don't fucking get it, you probably are under age 20.  Ronaldinho is probably more your cup of tea. Skaterwise you probably love Mike Mo.
