Looks like Suarez is going to be out for the rest of the season. Such a good player but has moments of madness that just fucks it up
The guy has been a goon for years.

Probably one of my favorite gifs right now.

I'm officially a fan of Big Sam after this, hahaha.

Saurez is a fucking joke.  What a frustrating game that was.  Hopefully United fucks up tonight so they don't sleepwalk through the Arsenal game.  As it stands I have Chelsea finishing on 72 points (losing to United, beating Spurs, drawing against Everton), Arsneal on 70 (losing to United, drawing to Toon), Spurs on 70 (losing to Chelsea and Stoke ha).  Arsenal are getting some good luck lately and Chelsea are getting the bad luck.

I'll be in a hotel in Montreal the next few days.  Is their a Canadian sports channel that plays replays of the Champions League games at night or do I have to watch them on my iPhone?

Spurs on 70 (losing to Chelsea and Stoke ha).
The Stoke defense can be a hard nut to crack but if we don't beat them we don't deserve to play Champion's League football

"The Bayern Munich president is refusing to comment further on the specifics of the case, though he criticised what he called "excesses" in some media coverage of his affairs.

"As you can imagine, there's a lot I want to say, but I have to hand my homework in to the authorities first," he told Sueddeutsche Zeitung. "

I'm pretty sure for the bigger games Sportsnet sometimes replays them pretty late, 11pm or so. Could be wrong though.

As for Suarez, I think the reaction at the time was pretty hilariously overblown. I mean, a statement from the PM's office, really? He fucked up, but it's not like he ended someone's career, in fact:

Ivanovic was checked over for injuries by Chelsea after the game ? there were none ? and the Met police officer who visited the club's training ground also looked for bite marks or bruises. He too saw nothing. The officer, acting with the police on Merseyside, asked Ivanovic whether he wanted to press charges. He did not.

Yeah, he deserves whatever he gets for another notch on his already shitty track record, but to see something that's ultimately so petty cause this much furor is pretty crazy.

Glory, glory Man United!! RVP with the first half hat trick to clinch the league in his first ever trophy. And people were trying to say he wasn't going to be worth the money.

Officially confirmed! Wow, didn't see that one coming. Not good for Dortmund but Bayern's team is getting more and more uncanny.

You do get the sense that Dortmund will get picked to shreds this coming transfer window.

...I do admit to seeing something of a kindred spirit in that team as an Arsenal supporter  :-\

How can a team with semi final prize money and an 80,000 seater not afford to keep their players?  Why would anyone want to leave Dortmund right now?

Dortmund could've locked him down with an astronomically high release clause, which is what I think Barca does. I don't see why more teams don't do that.

Hell, could've sold his ass to Real Madrid or something in 4-5 years...

?31.5m is a pretty hefty release clause.

I don't know if any of you guys caught this already, but GQ UK had a really interesting article about Anzhi last month: http://www.gq-magazine.co.uk/entertainment/articles/2013-03/06/anzhi-football-club-dagestan-russia

Even more interesting in light of the whole Boston Marathon bombing, I immediately noticed his twitter profile pic was Anzhi's logo. Sheds some good light on the driving forces behind the club and what rough shape Dagestan is in.
