Sucks how nobody's broadcasting West Brom v. Arsenal cup game tomorrow.

Might have to download that shit since I've got class and won't be able to stream it. WILL I BE ABLE TO AVOID THE RESULT FOR THAT LONG THOUGH?

I avoid results all the time. The last time it was spoiled was the second leg of the CL against Barca when Torres scored. I'll never forgive myself for not taking off work.

Just got back from a week visiting relatives down south. Got hold of one of my brother in laws season tickets for the (not so mighty) Liverpool vs Southampton match. One of the most lack lustre displays of football I have seen in person. Been a fan of Liverpool since the mid 80s and have never seen them play so poorly. Still a rad tie though. Anfield is a special place.YNWA

I was hoping there was a way for both spuds and chelski to lose but I'll take a draw

So happy with the results so far today and am waiting for the Arsenal match to start.

Fair play to Villa for taking advantage of City shitting the bed and holding the result. West Brom beating united at old trafford was SUCH A TREAT.

You shut your dirty whore mouth!

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.

NOW THAT WAS SOME GOOD FUCKING FOOTBALL BY SWANSEA AND ARSENAL.

Every single one of the goals in that match were intricately crafted beautiful objects.

Can't wait for Cazorla, Ox and Podolski to come back.

I knew that Swansea-Arsenal game was gonna be great. Two of the most watchable teams in the premiere league by far. Too bad I had to work this morning or I would have been glued to my TV.

Lots of crazy results today, including a huge one from Spain. Atletico beats Real Madrid in the league for the first time since 1999, and at the fucking bernebeu, no less. I am almost ashamed at the amount of schadenfreude I feel every time Real Madrid loses but goddamnit I hate their transfer policy so much.

How frustrating is to be a WHU fan? We'll see better days lol

Andy Carroll needs to get on that horse placenta program because their offense is worthless with him on the sidelines.  Who have they even been playing up front?  Seems like they have no faith in Vaz Te...

Unfortunately Chelsea couldn't keep 11 men on the field because the win was coming.  Mata and Torres looked to have played their ways into the first team though which I'm very happy about...at least in Mata's case.  As for Spurs, Soldado has not had the start I expected.  They were lacking creativity when Eriksen quieted down and I'm not sure Townsend's place in the side is warranted.  Lamela should get a run in.

Lol @ Manchester.  Lol @ Bale.

Arsenal face their second major test against Napoli on Tuesday.  They can show Europe they are for real if they beat Napoli, but I think Rafa will frustrate them.  2-1 Napoli or a draw I think.  As good as Arsenal are playing they just cannot win the title with that squad.  The first team is excellent, but around November when they have trips to Dortmund and United after playing Liverpool at the Emirates, I think we'll see a dip.  Obviously at the moment they are very impressive.

Thoughts on "poogate" :D and the sacking of Gus Poyet?  Really thought they were going up last year.

Juicy.

Napoli looked completely harmless and out of their depth.

You fuckers really did hit the jackpot with Ozil. He's well worth what he costed.  Arsenal looks like they're on another level with him in the side.  He teed up Giroud for the second one if I'm not mistaken too.

You can assign a little bit of blame to Joe Hart for his butterfingers, and definitely some to Pellegrini for refusing to take off one of his strikers when City were getting dominated in midfield all night, but it's still obvious that Bayern were by far the better team and deserved to win. I wonder if any team even has a chance of beating them this year given how they're playing. I would say maybe Barca, Real Madrid, Dortmund or possibly Arsenal (?) could beat them in a one off game, but they all seem like outside shots.

Both were pretty fucked. I would've loved for us to go up but didn't see us realistically beating palace.
