Woohoo!! Go Liverpool!!

That must be a bitter pill for Chelsea.

What are people's thoughts on Van Dijk's first goal being disallowed for offside?

Shite call.

I love kelleher, but it’s almost not fair for us to keep him.   The lad deserves to be first team GK somewhere and Allisson still has it

Glad Klopp got at least one more trophy. Also so happy Kelleher didn't get persuaded into playing for the Brits.

God, what an ugly win for Spurs today. We really missed Richy and Porro

Werner missing the first attempt was brutal thought that was gonna kill his spirit but he came through so that’s a positive hopefully he keeps that up I love a player revival

Anyone see that insane Real Madrid game?

I’ve heard Tevez was a pain in the ass to work with.

Remember when West Ham just magically got young Tevez and Mascherano one winter transfer window

At least Tevez kept them up, Mascherano hardly even played for the Hammers.

Oh wow my memories off.    I guess the winter window was when he came to Liverpool and he went to west ham the summer previous.

I do! I do! I saw the Hammers lose 0-2 to Newcastle in 2006 at Upton Park. Tevez came off the bench and hit the crossbar...I bought a knockoff t-shirt after the game with Tevez 32 on it. (Damien Duff and Obafemi Martins scored for the magpies). Not a Hammers fan but the old grounds were magical. Saw Man City on the same trip and told everyone who would listen that Ismael Miller was going to take the league by storm...so keep that in mind the next time I give a footy opinion ;D

Anfield is always a tough place to get a result, I just want a good, entertaining game with no questionable referee calls.

I’m not particularly confident in a Liverpool victory.   At some point the adrenaline of 6 games in 2 weeks is going to run out.   Really going to judge after the Prague game tomorrow.

I'll say 3-2 - with Pep's reluctance to use any damn subs catching up to him with Liverpool scoring late to seal the deal. I say this with the understanding that Salah is good to go and can give an hour of play from the start. Otherwise I'll second the 2-2 draw idea.

Couldn’t have gone better.   Assume Konate was just preventative.

I hope we can avoid Leverkuesen in the Europa

Darwin and Mo both looked good against Praha
2-2 sounds about right but could go either way

The Red's will paste 'em as long as Anfield is at it's feral best. Should be an absolute bear pit. 3-1, Nunez & Salah amongst the goals.

I want to be confident after Prague, but this hasn’t been out season in games against the top 4.   Will gladly take a draw (haven’t looked to see if that would put us in 2nd with  an Arsenal win)

Yeah I feel a draw is the most likely outcome. But wouldn't be mad at a Reds win.

not sure how that wasnt a pen at the end. that's a foul anywhere else on the pitch

Yeah, for all the shouting about the ref last week and LiVARpool, I’d def say the balance of decisions is heavily tilted away from us

Seriously should’ve been. With all the blown scoring chances today Liverpool should’ve walked away 3-1 victors at least.
