This just came up in my Facebook feed, and I thought it might interest some of you...I would apply myself, but being in the North of England might make the daily commute a bit impractical. Get on it!
Man I hate the term "Jr. Graphic Designer." They basically want a full time professional that they can pay shit. Same shit that happens on Craigslist... they want people who are skilled in IT, art, and design, but want "Jr. level" or worse. They want someone with a degree and/or experience, but at the same time they keep it entry level.
Granted, it might be a good experience for someone just getting out there, but it's still a dick move to take someone with the skill sets mentioned on the jobs page and pay them shit for it.
Dear NHS: You either want a professional or an intern, make up your fucking minds! Human resources personnel are fucking regular, and I mean clinically fucking regular. Fucked up synapse regular. Even in the skate world, HR folks prove that they're morons.
