The rad thing about INDY is that they will replace the baseplate if it breaks or if the axle slips.

ever actually try to make the warranty claim?
it'd be easier to pry the coke spoon out of muska's hand.

Go to your local skate shop, have them trade you and then they can send it back. That is the best way to do it.

indys are amazing for riding around or cruising pools and bowls, but the second i flip my board with them i get hurt.  i really don't get it.

I can't see how that would have anything to do with your trucks.

same here, i guess it could be the low truck to high truck thing?  for instance, 50-50 fakies on mini ramp.  do it 3-4 times on my board no problem, set up my EXACT complete with a friends indys just to try, go for the same trick and loop out on my bad hip.  who knows, indy's try to kill me, i can't help it.  it's probably all in my head, whatever.

indy makes great trucks, nothing fancy, just solid lasting trucks. I've ridden a pair of thunder, 2 pairs of tracker darts, b2 trucks and the rest independent. It takes forever and a day to grind to the axle, which rarely slips. Kingpins break occasionally but slamming on a broken kingpin feels good sometimes.

i have the tK ventures. They work the same as every other truck ive ever had, and i have had every type of trucks pretty much. they all feel the same really, element blind and tensor probably feel different though.

Ace// Indy
I rode Grind Kings for a while before I got hooked on Krux... the bushings were loud and squeaky, but those things are weightless. I never rode Tensors though... from my understanding, they suck on transition. What's the turn like on those things?

I had the blue but they where just floppy if that makes sense, the stage 9 are a slightly different turning angle, they are still rad but you know when you get use to something.

When the stock indy bushings are well broken in they are the best, it just takes forever for them to get there.
The medium Indy bushings that they sell get way too sloppy after a while, no rebound whatsoever.

Always Indy.

However, I was looking through my local shop's recent Indy shipment and they all looked defective. Clumps of exess cast metal on the hangers and some even looked assymetrical. In contrast to my last pair of unridden Stage 8s, they looked horrible. I wonder if, without Fausto (who knew the manufacturing process inside and out), craftmanship within Ermico has declined.

I Agree fully I BOILED mine for 8 mins flat and it saved me 3 months of break in time. the powell after market bushings are good as well they blow out fast but are hella rad instant break in . no joke as soon as u drop um in there ready to rock.
I voted for indy. BLIND MAKES TRUCKS? is that for real?

I still have the tensors that came with my first pro board a few years back. I've been given a few other sets since then. It's far too late for me to switch to something different.
It's never too late to switch from Tensor.
