Looking to buy this deck as a Valentines Day present for my girlfriend. She's obsessed with France and loves this deck. I know it's a little old but any help would be much appreciated!! Will pay up to $100.00 USD for it plus shipping.

That's a beautiful board. I've never seen it before and I've been a big fan since like 2011 but I wish you luck. Have you thought about reaching out to Soy or Vivien directly? You never know!
