Before you go to bed, if you can, drink as much water as you can. You'll probably pee a ton in the morning but it helps.

Gatorade when you wake up, get some food in ya too.

Related to the drinking water thing, this trick works:

It basically involves watering down a gallon of tequila with lots of ice and water, forcing you to stay hydrated as you drink.

lol coffee does not help. That's basically saying treat dehydration with more dehydration. Drink water and whatever electrolytes you can get (gatorade, pedialyte, pho noodle broth, etc.).

drink more water when you are drinking. after you have a few start downing a water between drinks and then keep gatorade in your fridge. if you wake up in the middle of the night and feel shitty down one or down one first thing when you wake up. and then if all else fail i keep bloody marry supplies stoked.

body gatorade before bed/throughout the night. if you find a deal on gatorade you best stock up.

if you're at spins level you're fucked no matter what prepare for self loathing.
