Pat Stiener
« on: February 21, 2007, 01:49:08 AM »
Since I did a search and saw that all the clips posted here don't work any more, I'll post some that work.

Here is his traffic part, if anyone hasnt seen it.

and his 2 lines in this are totally worth time. simple and smooth.

That line with the 5-0 bs 180 out is probably my favourite ledge line ever.

really?

Wow, you never cease to amaze me. You start a decent topic and then go on to say something as ridiculous as that...

I mean, the guy is sick, but that line? Come on? Of all the ledge/block lines ever, you're gonna tell me that's your favourite?

Wow.

I don't know, for some reason I just really love it.

Another great ledge line (with no grinding), is when Pops does those manuals at that blue spot, with a blue shirt.

We all have different tastes man.

You mean a manual line?!

And the line in question is truely epic. And the spot is FLUSHING MEADOWS. I mean, come on man it's a world famous legendary spot, and you're gonna call it the "blue spot"?!

Jeeesh.

Was that his one in a million clip? Or is it a longer version?

That first joke is so funny.

And the skating is even better than the joke.

If you are a skateboarder you have heard of Flushing Meadows. Come on...

It's not like it's in hicksville Kansas, and was in one obscure video part, it's in New York, and was in pretty much every video from the mid to late 90's, to the Krooked Video... well, okay not every video, but still.

Dude.

But I suppose you'd find it weird if someone didn't know where or what MACBA was? How about Pier 7?

All I'm asking is to know at least a small amount of recent skate history, before you plug up these boards with a whole heap of random shit....

That said: Pat is the king, and worth a thread.

Hopefully Static 3 will give him the come-up he needs... not to mention the preposed Traffic 411... maybe he'll even have a part in that...

Pray-tell?

I have no idea what you mean. Really.

Just say: fuck off. If that's what you mean. Much easier.

He's one of the most ripping " way under the radar" kids. I wonder why we dont see more of him. I hope his static 3 part is ripping. i dig his traffic part , but I got the feeling he was saving his footage........I do like the fact the he ended his part with such a steezey line and not a fucking " hammer".

who else does he ride for? any one know? (besides traffic)

yeah that line was sick. that spot is rad. Just a pure London street spot, nothing big or fancy, just smooth ground and fun shit to skate...
