I've always wondered how many copies of a new video skate companies were able to sell back in the day. I remember hearing Fully Flared was the top grossing skate film at the time, but how many copies were sold? Back then it was actually profitable to make a video, nowadays if you break even that's a win. Anyone have the scoop?

i worked at Coliseum and that’s my YouTube account you linked to. The million copies sold thing was a joke; the video had that on there the day it came out. We sold the rights to Unicorn when they were still the largest skate video distributor and they claimed that it was their highest selling video ever. I’m sure Fully Flared outsold Wonderfull Horrible Life

Any idea how much the rights were sold for? I heard Matt and Arty made out pretty well on it.
