- adidas superstar
- nike dunk lows
- adidas campus
- nike air max 1

And in the late nineties it was a 'hype' to skate nike cortez over here.

Would have been cool to just post all these in the sale gear thread.  I had this pair of pf flyers and really enjoyed skating them.  No felt on the sole and they held up really well.

Don't you work at a skateshop Watson?  It doesn't bother you that people buy all these random shoes on ebay and other places?  It's something I feel kind of guilty about.

Just realized this pic must be a Sandlot reference. I dig it.

I like skating air max 95's. They remind me of Muskas early Circas. Also skated some random Nike hiking shoe it was weird but after they broke in they were comforfable and flicked good (full suede). Also skated nike spiridons. The spiridons and 95's are ankle rollers though. But my heel never hurt after bailing.

Skated few pairs of these when I was like 15, at that time they were pretty good but now that heel looks awkwardly high, just screaming ankle roll.

Yeah I've had a pair of the Baskets, but any time I check those out or the Clydes, the sole is just way stiffer than the Suedes. Suedes are the jam. Legitimately one of the best shoes to skate in of all time. Sucks you can't find them hella cheap like you used to.

Also I'd like to contribute how fresh this picture of Reese Forbes in the Reebok runners is.

I remember these, these are good.

There are some great Tennis shoes - indoor tennis that have really nice silhouettes and build for skating.

Also I fully back Reebok classics, Nike FCs, Umbro Shell toes without the shelled toe, Do Vans slip ons count? Because that shoe is goooood to skate in.
I'm going to argue that Placebo owes their entire career to a Canadian dude's skate video part. Appleyard should be getting royalties for this shit.

I've been curious for a while on those indoor predators. They remind me of a koston 3 laceless.
Found a sale pair today so I just ordered it. They have boost midsole, the stripes are rubberized and the toe is coated. Should last decently. I kinda dig the Colorway too... Lets see how they skate.

I'll comeback to talk about more shoes but I absolutelly love to see people skating in non skate shoes. Gino in nike indoor soccer shoes, busenitz in sambas, wade D in Jordan 3's or anyone in runners... It just looks sick.

Stevie in some og airmax 95's (what a G)

Once I was a having some massive blisters with the huf shoes I was skating so I just changed to my nike frees that where in my bag mid session and they actually felt really good for that bit. The heel was just too unstable, but other than that I was feeling it. Mad confort, and the flex was awesome.

i've skated three pairs of PF's and all three of them were incredible. they've spiked in price recently which kind of sucks. i've been wanting to try the all-americans. me thinks they have the new balance fresh foam tech in them.

I wanna try these, in any color, they're only 50 E non-sale,
At first I was afraid the rubber 'd be too stiff/hard,
but i bought a pair of paladium rip offs for 25 and the rubber on that one was soft and grippy.
they got other skateable models too.

Can't believe I'm the first one mentioning Chuck Taylors, the good old classics and not the pro version. The best board feel and comfy as hell. The first shoes I skated, and after trying more tech stuff I still really love em.

Dunlop Volley's had a bit of a skate range in the mid 2000's but was pulled due to the 'Global Financial Crisis' (and some other reasons apparently) but have always been a staple in non skate skateable shoes within Australia.

I picked up a pair of the Adidas vs Pace at Burlington for around $35.  Also spotted them at Ross for under $40.  I added Footprint kingfoam insoles and they are perfect!  So far they are holding up so well, I'm thinking about buying a couple more pairs to hold onto for the future.
I was addicted to the Hokey Pokey, but then I turned myself around.

while it is Nike SB, anyone skate the Bruin max? Or the Janoski max? I guess they're technically not skate shoes but also are at the same time. I just bought both on sale, just for comfort shoes but I'm thinking the bruin might be a good shoe to skate. I like a thicker sole in general because I broke some of the small bones in my feet a few years ago and they hurt super bad whenever I land wrong.

would be sick if someone skated a pair of these it wont happen cause of the price but a full suede jordan 11 low seems like a shoe that would last forever

I'm skating a pair of the og Sambas with the floppy soccer tongue and they skate so well. The shape of the toe is perfect and the toecap is a layer of suede on top of leather, so I feel like they're going to last me a long time.

You're thinking of the skate version where they made it weaker than the original.

Yeah my Sambas definitely have two layers of material. Definitely a dumb move on Adidas' part to get rid of that for the skate version, I would never buy those.

i got a pair of Bruin maxes for the same reason a couple months ago and skated them probably 6 or 7 times even though i said i wouldn't

honestly, they're one of my favorite skate shoes in a while and i usually don't even like lowtops

i dont kno if the leather (at least mine are leather) will last long at all, but they skate amazing
