Does anyone know where i can purchase a mold online or a site with info on how to make one. Also info on foam used, measurments ect. I would really like to make my own boards so any info on the process would be great. I've seen the vacuum bag method, not interested

this is 100% not a worthwhile endeavor. find something else to fixate on and just buy boards.

Not sure about the quality, using a press that one available in jersey... But def seems like something cool to do as a hobby or whatever.

That obviously depends on what a machine like that goes for, as I don't see a price listed.
