why did that spot exist?

I am not sure (just saw this "short") but it looks like a platform that can be adjusted in height, so they probably started way lower, so kind of like a Dime Glory Challenge on a mega ramp.

I feel like I've seen nollie frontside flip out of a frontside nosegrind, but I don't know if I've seen done out of a backside nosegrind. A back nosegrind nollie front 180 out is already kinda rare, so to see that done with the flip included is some super tasteful trick selection.
