Still? I assumed someone bought it and that’s why we’re getting the comeback. As much as I loved the cats and grasshoppers when I was in highschool I can’t help but be a little pessimistic. Also I remember they went off the deep end towards the end with really wack designs and colorways and that’s probably what we’ll end up with. Not the early days Karl Watson/Nate Jones era where it was all solid colors and earthtones and shit. Why can’t we just have something nice 😞

There’s a guy named Brian Krauss who was the original cofounder and CEO. I believe he’s a the helm. Someone else posted this info in a Shoes/Gear thread, I don’t remember who or what thread exactly. You can fact check this on Google it seems to check out.

I'm not a big Logic fan (really like his Vinyl Days album though), but to say he's not big time or to compare him with some Braille pro is so off it's funny. He's had several albums in the Billboard top 10 and he's well respected by the OGs. Dude worked with Rza, DJ Premier, Funkmaster Flex, Em, Chuck D, Black Thought, NO ID etc etc.

Dude got so insanely lucky with the Half-Cab and Vans being loyal to him. He is the type of guy to tell everyone about how they need to "work hard" to get ahead when he might put in about 15 minutes of work each month. So bummed on this dude and the hours I spent playing as him in THPS2.

Yeah, his skill on a board in the 80s is unquestionable, and I was a huge fan as my first board was a long dragon Cab.  My wife bought me a painting of his years ago, whilst i'm no fan of his art, I did really like his contribution to skating and it was really sweet of her, so I love it.  But the last few years have made me just feel embarrassed by the dude.  Such a shame he basically started his adult life at 12 and never grew up.
