Look at all the internet lames hating on real skaters. at the end of the day if you appreciate good skateboarding you'd have to say that for some unknown kid this clip was exceptional, AT LEAST.

You couldnt be more wrong. I skated with this dude for a couple days and he was extremely nice and killed everything we skated. He really deserves to come up.

Cool. He did a bunch of tricks that have already been done (apart from those two ledge dance things) at a bunch of spots that have already been skated. Add him to the list of millions of others.

skaters shouldn't put out video parts with ABDs in them

Really good stuff, just not into the "hold the land" thing. Makes lines look awkward, like nollieflip backtail fakie holds it for like a second, than turns the board and pushes

Don't really think you need to call the ABD police over a webclip with no music

that clip was rad. dudes sick. i agree that nollie lasers look wierd most of the time, but a regular laser looks dope when done right, to to mention they're hard as hell.

lol at, "you can just tell the kids a kook." no you can't.

you can't tell shit about this dude from this clip except how he'd like to be seen skating (assuming he approved this clip) and clothing choices. and if you're focusing on the clothing (or lack of) instead of the radness that went down, you're blowing it. that shit was sick. i personally like a looser style, but i see nothing wrong with how this kid's skating. he looks comfortable mostly and busted some super sick shit.

k

edit: i meant nollie lasers not ollie. fixed.

Are you guys serious? This isn't some team-backed promo declaring this guy as the next big thing. His friends took some footage of him skating and put it on the web to show their other friends and go, "hey, cool man." I would be grinning for weeks to have a video of me landing any one of those tricks.

'Maybe you can do hard tricks, but you can't really skate' - who are you to judge who can and can't skate? this kind of ananymous elitism over such an abitrary, let alone dumb, concept of what it really means to 'skate' is such bullshit. by all means criticise his somewhat suspect trick selection, but drop the self-entitlement it reaks of insecurity

This thread is fucking embarrassing hilarious.

A sponsor-less Euro puts out a minute of footage from a recent China trip and people are tripping. Must be doing something right.

The  "Maybe you can do hard tricks, but you can't really skate" quote, I heard that in Dylan's Epicly Later'd.

Jerry Hsu actually said in regards to all those little kids who rip - they can jump down huge sets, handrails, etc. but they can't REALLY skate.

I really don't think that quote is apt for this dude at all.

ttching!

One of the great things about skating is that there are are no rules to skating.  GTFO with that shit.
