Not necessarily disagreeing with your sentiment, but Puleo is actually a kook, not simply eccentric. Louie Barletta is eccentric and not labeled a kook on SLAP. He's just friendly eccentric. Puleo is angry kook. Lots of grey in between those two points on the spectrum of "different".

Kind of along the same lines of what Vivien Fell mentioned in the interview, but I just think it's awesome that skating has someone like Bobby, who just cares so much about it and feels that it is so important to have his views heard that he will do anything, even make himself look like a complete asshole, to make his opinion regarding skating known. It was definitely over a spot he skated in static 2, the bench into the brick bank. A local or two called him out on his hypocritical commentary and it turned into this wild argument.

it sounds like it was sniper footage. they allude to it being bum footage. Ie it was shot by Feil's brother from a rotten angle.
.....people also film stuff and aren't happy with the quality of the way they land tricks and don't want it to be used.

Bobby is great, Viv is great. Some artists, starving or not, NYC or not....they just tend to be super possessive over their work and act out like that....personally I think that's a great story to add to his long legendary repertoire of great stories. It's too bad Vice or someone doing a show about how daily life would probably ruin the allure for me, cause I feel like something like that could be great and super entertaining.

I'll agree with people that it would be kinda lame to include some tricks you filmed without clearing it with the skater first. But Puleo is still a dick. The proper response is to go "Hey Vivien, kinda bummed you didn't ask me about including those tricks. I wasn't that happy with them, was just skating around. Could you please ask at least next time?" and then maybe not filming or skating with those guys for a little bit. Definitely not appropriate to barge into a restaurant and cause a scene over two ollies.
