I would never wish a tape worm on anyone man, those things are foul. lance, how much soda were you drinking before you stopped? I'm not a huge consumer of sugar water; my main problem is leaving my house only to eat three slices off pizza then topping it off with a jelly and creamcheese bagel. I'm becoming one of "those dudes" as we speak
keep track of what you eat calorie wise.
you'll be appalled at what you intake.
more protein and less carbs/sugar.
not saying cut that stuff out but cut what you're eating in half.
energy drinks are singlehandedly making our society obese, well fast food too.
I'm at around 1600-1800 calories if im not skating and 2200-2600 if i am.
I eat every 2-3 hours, small snacks.
i work out 3 times a week and walk 3-5 days a week, around 4-6 miles.
i realize this is a little overly ambitious but at 34 i refuse to be the overweight dude who pushes around for 20 minutes and huffs and puffs.
i wanna skate til im 50.
