How do you delete your videos you have uploaded?

The faq says "You can keep creating and saving new videos and photos but they will overwrite the older ones."

But when I try to upload in-game it tells me that I need to delete some stuff  ???

in the lobby menu before you select free skate or career, go to "online" from there I think its at the bottom go to "skate reel" and once your in there you can delete your saved replays from your online account
