Parma ham with some good roquefort and crackers is also the shit.

Genoese pasta (just pasta and pesto)

Simple freshly baked bread or a croissant (still warm). Oh shit actually, a croissant with butter put in the microwave for like 10seconds is amazing.

A good guacamole is pretty much unbeatable, even on its own.

Papa rellena's (stuffed and fried potatoes) and empanadas are good, but more or less non existent here in europe.

does not exist in the states but it is seriously one of the very best things i have ever eaten. could eat it everyday. one time ate it for a week straight

this does exist in the states i think. it might sound gross but it is so delicious in the summer. cold broth (sometimes ice in it too), cold buckwheat noodles, a spicy sauce and chopped up vegetables. sometimes in the summer i eat it every meal. amazing

all that indian stuff is amazing too. that butter chicken on the other page looked so good

This shit. Lately, if I'm watching a movie or Border Patrol or something, I'll sit and stuff my face with them and not even notice it.

My mum just told me that my dad can't have an open pack of chips lying around the house and not finish them. He's not even fat, he just has this weird thing for chips. We didn't really have chips that often when I grew up, which makes perfect sense now. Next time I see him we'll go on a binge.

literally just about to say french bread and houmous, variations beaten to it. cooked some fried mushrooms in a cream, dill, lemon and garlic sauce last night as part of a meal and think i could happily eat that for the rest of my life if it supplied me with all of my necessary dietary requirements
