Can you tell us your account of what happened that day at SPOT? How the teenage version of you felt about the entire situation before and after the toss?

i had the most consistent run of any skater at that conest. landed every trick in my run and was doing more tech stuff. i get that Tony was skating fast as hell and that it was impressive but i could've done all of that. mad political shit goes on at SPOT and i wasnt that tight with many of the influential dudes there so felt like the contest wasnt judged fairly. throwing the trophy was immature as fuck but if you apply street league rules or really any standard contest rules to my runs i should've won. tony won because of his image. not to take anything away from tnt he fuckin rips but i shouldve won that damn contest.

So you think you could give some Street League dudes a run for their money?

You did get third, correct? Thoughts on Rodil's run? Switch Frontside Smith down the rail was pretty heavy.

Maybe that gif is why you don't have the certain number of sponsors to be considered?

Thats nice but here at SLAP message board for cowards money is not a relevent figure that touch life and accomplishments ma bwa.

the money is always third or fourth, even fifth old bwa.

When there's a really good part on slap and tons of people are questioning why the skater doesn't have a legit sponsor.......Stuff like this is often the reason is why. It might not be as public, but dudes burn bridges all the time.

If you are trying to make it in skating, be as cool and nice to people as possible and avoid any pettiness. Take your chance to shine, but try not to do so at the expense of anyone else.

Also, TNT's run that year was fucking amazing and groundbreaking in ways that cannot be quantified on some objective scale. If the poster is the real Austin Seaholm (which may not be the case at all) he is just proving exactly how much of a kook he is.

I was kind of incredulous watching that. Like, "wait, that doesn't count, right?"

Even back then I would have thought that looked like shit.

Saw some Euro contest with this dude and he kickflip front tailed a euro to ledge contraption that was about a mile apart, then front threed out of that. Super impressive, but he seemed to rub everyone that met him the wrong way but whatevs can't deny his talent at all.

You could not have done TNT's run, you jizzstain.  POSITIVE VIBES!
example. i cant cast a spelll or love potion on a girl and she falls total in love for me
but i can show a girl my tv youtube clip on my or her phone. but there's a difference ok

Perhaps a better thread would've been, "Who wants to remember Austin Seaholm?"
