I do believe you have misinterpreted gulo gulo's input. In my personal opinion, I think that he is refering to the young African American male and not the goat, or Capra aegagrus hircus, as you have thought otherwise. See, African American's have a dark pigmentation of skin which some people refer to as being "black". I hope I have cleared this big misunderstanding up for you, but I still don't know where "rims" come into this whole equation.
