My friend pulled that one once, when security stopped us from skating in Downtown Disney. The busted, oldest security guard threatened to take our boards and to have my mother have to come get it for me (when I was 18 and moved out) and I explained to him that she lives 600+ miles away. The guy turned to my friend and said "And where are your parents?"

When my friend was 2 years old, his now-estranged father who lives in Boston had beaten his mother into a fatal epileptic seizure.

He just laughed and said "I don't have parents!" and the security guard let us go.
