I’d argue Louie made it the best he could, it was a corporately owned company that changed hands a few times. I’m sure he couldn’t do whatever board graphics he wanted and had to keep things looking sellable to zumiez and other mall shops. As well as a large amount of their profits came from those kid friendly completes as well. He built that team with some really great skaters Pilz, deedz, Samaria, costa, wallin, Ben (rip), probably with a limited budget and more limited space (in terms of freedom) that didn’t seem conducive creatively. If you give Lou no limits I’m sure he will kill it. 

Seems like the true owners of enjoi were stifling Louie. Probably couldn’t show imagery of people consuming alcohol which is part of Enjoi’s DNA with tilt mode party footage. Same with the edgy humor or probably dumb graphics (in a good way) like that cowboy J.

Pretty sure Josh M is still “on” Habitat but primarily focusing on being a dad and as stated earlier, running a cafe/bakery with his wife.
Both dudes are rippers & super chill nice humans.
I saw Josh Matthews do a front nose to fakie that was stood on for so long it visually turned into a sw backtail.

That’s a good looking board. Dsm boards where light and very stiff but the concave was too mellow at times and the kicks were a lil too steep for my blood hopefully they switch it up.
