I liked this one a lot! I didn't know anything about Troy before this so it was nice to hear about his upbringing and roots. Plus it got me to watch his Genesis 2 part and he kills it.

Sade and Troy Gipson are a perfect match, that genesis 2 part is really good, his style is one of a kind. Had no idea he was from Seattle. I hope violet succeeds so we can see more from him. Might need to rewatch play dead too.

I know I'm just echoing what's already commonly known, but Bublitz is such a kind person. I met him when I went to see my buddy Ben Woosley in "Backwash" and I swear I just thought, "sometimes good people DO kill it." But then I saw Jamie Thomas in the audience and so his chaotic evil sort of balanced the scales.

Such a vivid interview. That was sick. All the memories in HB and the broken foot story were so well told.

I’m glad they’re moving on from the TV’s. They were OK, but I think they were holding them back creatively.

I used to live near that drop-in grind spot; it's in the East Dallas neighborhood of Lakewood and it's very gnarly. I would've never looked at it as a spot.
