Dlx 8.5 14.38
Ace af1 55 with 2mm aluminium risers I made
54mm radial full
Bronson raws

Bit longer than the hockey 8.5 I had before but it’s pretty nice.

How do you like the 54 RFs? Looks dope.

They’re kinda heavy but they’re really great for the rougher parks locally without going like 97a (these are 99)
I think the classic rounder edge I prefer really but radial works

I’ll get some pics of risers/kingpin when I’m off work

First time ever repeating a graphic, but I changed the the shape. It's the exact same shape as the Real 8.06 which has a kinda weird squarish tail but not really "full". It's a kinda like pointy and square and it's honestly bangin.
Word Is Bond 8.38

Spitfire F4 Conicals originally 54s but worn down a bit.

I favor 52 F4 Classics over the X99, but the X are for sure faster on rough surfaces including a specific skatepark I am trying to skate once a week and a curb spot that is near it.

52 classics, feel correct. other wheels are a compromise.

About this time last year i had surgery to repair some groin problems and it took a long time to recover. anyways well into the winter and those dark days i completely fell off and i just got outa shape, shit just happens and you get stuck in that cycle. Around august i decided to start taking better care of myself and began running. Dude, running is incredible for your mental health. Anyways, been finally feeling so much better and feeling motivated to go skate. Scooped the new deck yesterday and those eS quattros were from some sort of pain medicine fever dream last year after surgery. But yeah, long weird rant...just crazy how a physical set back can really affect your mental health too.

I like it.  They're all the standard clutch shapes as far as I know.  This had k 5 stamped on the top

Cheers, I just bought some 2mm aluminium sheet and drew around the baseplate then cut it out with a shitty hacksaw and drill the holes. Could make them nicer I guess but they work 🤷🏻‍♂️

nice setup.

i have always gotten it backwards about exercise, and thought it was more for the body. it isn’t. exercise ends up being the most potent, effective mental health medication for me, with any physical results being a side effect.

I was in the same boat, and looking to go up to 8.5 g096's. been on bbs for years, and been interested in trying crail wood. curious on your first impressions with the change.

Wanted to refresh my cruiser set up with just the bushings but realized I wasn't crazy about the Crail shape (Burly - punk nose tip one) i had. That long fingers of flat + steep tail thing + lack of concave at kicks (BBS usually has this and I love it) was fucking odd on Indys.

Naturally, I bought a new deck/grip and gave myself an excuse to use some 159s I bought last year instead of using the 149s I had since the 159s seem to fit better. Minor hotrodding in back but not terrible.

Real Guerrero R1 9.25" (forgot the other specs - lost the dims sticker)
Indy Standard 159 (conical aftermarket bushings)
Mob Grip (graphic & reg)
Indy bolts
OJ Mini Juice 53mm? (Had them since 2016 or 2017)
Bones Reds

Really enjoied my first session on it. Wood felt crisp. Shapes really nice. Will get another crail board to follow this one up.
