Are you joking or are you serious? They obviously saw him and actively moved in front of him. Also are we all just acting like we've never seen anyone skate into someone trying to prevent them from skating. There is probably at least one clip from any skate video where skaters just run into people trying to block them. Not saying people should skate into people trying to block them but don't act like this is some sort of wild phenomenon. There is just usually screaming and pushing accompanying the clip hitting them to try and paint the pedestrian as a bad guy.

Would the clip be any different if it took place in the US? Justin Henry just had a part in the Quasi video where I remember him going ballistic on someone trying to stop him from wallriding a house. Yet nobody gives a shit about that. That's just normal skateboarder thangs. Shit ain't new.
