Skate hardware you wish existed. Or maybe once existed but does no more.

For me it is:

A Crailtap Couch Plus (Like the Loveseat Plus)

me too!...I took a phawt and shortened the wheelbase to 14" which is sort of close to this. The couch, I think, would be a little short for a 14.25" wheelbase though. Something in between the couch and the phawt with a 14.25" wb would be perfect. Id rather not have 16 holes in my board via diy.

- VX1000 that records to Compact Flash directly that also features an LCD for my homies that can’t walk and chew bubble gum at the same time to help out filming more

- a tank of a gigantic otterbox-type iPhone case featuring lens adapter thread because I have killed a few cheap phones in the span of days because they’ve fallen from way too high up.

Just letting you know, you can get free otter boxes if you fill out the warranty info and pay for the shipping and handling, haven’t paid full price for an otter box in years, and I highly doubt they’d offer a warranty like that unless that’s what it really costs to make them, so I don’t feel bad filling out the warranty infor and getting a free phone case

IMO, there’s already too many shorter, slightly skinnier egg boards. Even BBS pressed.
[close]

Not with the Huffer secret sauce. It is in its own category.

Also forgot, wooden Real risers that fit Ace baseplates better.
[close]

You’re like the residential huffer expert round here. Mustn’t the reason why smaller eggs don’t have the huffer magic, be because they’re smaller?
If I had any say, I’d let you have them  :)

I want 8.75”+ flight or VX decks with a wheelbase somewhere around 14.75”-15” and a decent tail+nose. Can’t be under 32” and can’t be much over 32.5”
Creatures either have a 6.3” tail and or are 14.25” wheelbase.
The McGill flight looks the closest to what I want, except it has a small nose.
Or the recent Navarette.
Why don’t these companies don’t let me design their shit?
[close]

Have you tried the ban this deck? For me it borders on perfect/magical..?

I know, I know, you said not under 32. But look how close it is:

This might be right up my alley. I think this is a good contender along with the McGill flight and the AH Huffer. I suspect all of them will go well with 159’s.

Just thought of another product. “Wheelbite proofed trucks”. I imagine some sort of set screw somewhere under the hanger that’ll hit a contact point on the baseplate before my wheels dig into my board. To kind of set the maximum turning action of the truck. Skate big wheels with no risers, and still be able to ease into loose truck heaven.
Im too dumb to figure out how to make this drawing my profile pic.

Oh yeah. The issue is I want to put the phones in danger but still have a fisheye attached. Either on top of my 12’ tripod oe directly under a rail someone is skating. The phones are affordable but I’d rather feel better about it if they were protected. Need that death lens x otterbox collab.

but i feel like that is already on the docket

my real wet dream is venture lows in bigger sizes
49-50mm would be ideal

the way i would ride a 50mm f4 if they existed?

With the AF1 ACE really nailed it with the only difference between the hi and lo being the baseplate...sick of lows? buy some hi plates and keep your hanger....they could have made some low hollow plates tho...

5.6 / 6.1 low would be so sick.

I've always wondered how many people actually want the 5.6 low and radial slims (me). Can't be that many or they would probably do it? Lets try a poll maybe?

Now that they have been discontinued, the Numeric 212s. Particularly with the rubber toe cap. In fact I'd like all canvas and rubber (ollie and toe areas) 212s. Maybe with some more padded insoles.

Also what about Swiss 6 with Labyrinth  seals?

Project BAs are a good one!

Classic f4 slims and bighead shaped 50mm F4s.
I had some old world wheels that had that shape. Bighead but in 49mm. Chubby and round but not wide as fuck

as much as i loved the BA's (has dozens of pairs) they did get floppy a bit TOO fast.. I wish they had a more sturdy structure. but amazing shoe

now that it's dusty warehouse season here, i'd like a grip cleaning aerosol spray. it would also be non-toxic in a perfect world. hollow ace classics would be sweet too.

A truck where the hanger actually pivots in the pivot cup vs leaning side to side. Would require the kingpin to be perfectly perpendicular to the angle that the hanger nub sits in the cup. I'm sure some hyper engineered longboard trucks already do this, but I imagine it would make the turn much smoother and less limited by the edges of the pivot cup.

Except for the fact that MLs aren’t conical bottoms with a white or black option for all three duros and include flat top washers; yes they are exactly the same.

I want bearings that spark.

I want wheels that draw in 4 colors

I want an ASS FLEA pro model that has a hole starting to be dug through one ply about 11" from the bottom (think Greco recessed landscape but like roughly done in haste.

The screened graphic looks like a men's room stall

Comes with some markers to do your own graffiti. And a tool for linoleum block etchings in case you want to finish digging to improve your neighborhoods mental health.

Thunders with an longer baseplate, or some sort of metal riser for thunders that extends up at the end to make the baseplate longer. And radial slims

Crude pic of what I mean..

Thunders with a "normal" baseplate would be good. I mean, DLX makea a zillion different deck sizes/wheels shapes now. Why not start making different truck design options, too?

Good call on those Thunders. Hasn't there been a Classic 58mm 97a? I know I've had 56s? They weren't that great. I think the 97s are better with a wider contact patch.

Too true. Soft is better with a wide contact patch.

I loved my 80hd classics tho. I just tried to look for um but nah. They missing.

I got them I think right when they dropped? I had to replace my  "Supper Balls" super wide too at 54 mm. Was like a coni but white as the driven snow.

Super balls were the best cruiser I've ever had. That brand was local to New England.

I bought them at Brick house in Marbehead on the day I quit skatebloarding in 02 I think.
I went in said I give up. Everyone hates me. I quit tricks.
Gimme the soft wheels plz.

They all laughed because they liked me and thought I was joking but I wasn't.

I took 11 years of near daily not skating to core the wheel.

I did it outside The Wreck Ctr on Rugg in 2013. Ripped myself up went in and slammed all night in a blackout.

There was a video being filmed of the show I had no idea because I was almost blacked out. Multiple pit angles. I love those guys so much.

I wish the Wreck and the Boiler Room was back

Also Super Ball wheels I need.

Here's the core

Really quickly

I feel like the 97a is going to become the new standard by 2025.

Unless someone starts fixing streets soon.

I need to know. What are the current road conditions in your local area?

What was they like 10-20 years ago?

I believe the big wheels craze is partly a response to current road conditions..... The rest is wanting to look like a G+.

I replaced the super bowls with the 53mm 80hd. I took like 10mm off in 3-4 years.

I said they're pretty good. Maybe I a try the sapphire sometime.

I'm Ulta jonesing to ride the Beat Downs. It's hard to put my emotional hopes into words.

Just think about when they're down from 66.6 to like 63 64.

It's never going to get any better than that

They do 80 HDs in a huge full shape now which might be better than the existing shapes. Curious if anyone has tried them yet?

More sizes coming in Spring also. 58 and up.

Love seeing all the durometer options these days, but 99s remain my jam, 99% of the time.

Sounds sick but. I love my classics. They slide a little too but it's like a half jug of milk sliding across the counter.

They make 161 hollow lights but I'm not a fan of Thunder's forged baseplate. A team hollow would be awesome even though the standards aren't that heavy.

I haven't seen a 58 classic in the 97's yet but right now I'm on the 56's and loving them. My local is really slick so the extra grippiness works for me. The only other spot I frequent is a semi-crusty curb spot so they work for there too.
