If so, congrats.
-
coffee coffee coffee coffee, feel like shit, eat something
-
I usually skip lunch and take a nap.
-
Two
-
No. Nothing during the day then oversized dinner then probably some garbage too late at night. Random tea/coffee and probably a coke during the day but always 1.5-3.5L water. Basically the worst way to do it.
-
Light breakfast at work (fruit/muesli/oats whatever) , big lunch, light dinner/or just an apero.
Fuck tonnes of water, I try to be pissing clear before I finish work.
Weekends brunch and apero.
Fuck tonnes of water followed by fuck tonnes of beer.
-
Morning I'll try and eat something light like a banana or bowl of cereal then usually won't eat till dinner time which usually is way later than it reasonably should be. In the meantime I'm probably just low key killing myself with on average 2 or 3 liters of coffee throughout the day (always black and sugar free). I definitely do not eat anything before skating or if I do then it'll be something light and/or I'll wait a couple hours. After a skate session though, I always cook myself a legit dinner to make sure I get the spent energy back, whereas on non skate days I'll be tempted to just nibble on something light again. I consume very little but quality of the product is everything, I stay away from anything (overly) processed. Water is important too and I try not to sleep on that also in part to compensate for the mostly dehydrating coffee intake.
-
Yeah mostly but pretty light breakfast
But you don’t have to, it’s just calories in vs calories burned so eating one big meal is chill if you want to
I think it’s incorrect to say eating once a day slows metabolism and puts you in starvation mode
-
YES! Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Fruit between my meals when I get hungry or some crackers
Water all day
I don't know how you guys can go a whole day without eating something! On weekends when I skip my breakfast bc I sleep in later and it's almost lunch time I feel faint lol
-
^ Profile pic checks out
When I'm in control of my time i eat two, breakfast and a mid-afternoon lunch/dinner (linner)? I feel the recommendation to have a long period of empty stomach time each day has merit, so I usually eat these two meals in an 8 hour window and nothing in the other 16. Copious amounts of water though.
-
Always.
Bowl of oatmeal or two pieces of peanut butter toast with fancy bread from the bakery(sometimes blueberry jam) + 2 cups of coffee in the morning.
Lunch is either a sandwich, or leftovers from the night before.
Supper depends on what kind of lunch I had. Light lunch = big supper, big lunch = light supper.
Very little snacking throughout the day, most times nothing. Sometimes it’ll be a piece of cheese or fruit smoothie when I get off work. No coffee throughout the day, only in the morning with breakfast.
4 litres of water a day, generally by noon my piss is gin-clear. An extra 2 litres + electrolytes if I’m at BJJ or skating.
Good thing about inflation is now my go-to chips (jalapeno Doritos or Cheetos) are so goddamned expensive in Canada, my chip consumption is at an alltime low.
I don’t necessarily watch what I eat, more how much of it I eat in regards to how much I’ve been training throughout the week.
Been like this all my life, I’m pretty damn set in my ways when it comes to food. If I miss one meal, I’ll feel it.

This has been fucked in Aus too. I'm more a kettle/red Rock guy and they're like $7 a packet now. Even on special they're like $4.75-5.5

I think different people are just built differently. Maybe pre built in or just what you get used to but I don't think I ever brought food to school and def never brought a lunch from home to work so I'm used to it but other friends will start crying if they don't eat every hour. If I'm with them and get influenced like fuck it were at McDonald's anyway I'll eat but then feel like shit and not be able to skate properly whereas they eat kilos of food all day long and feel good.
-
bro at least 3 my metabolism is fucked
-
I started fasting intermittently about 1.5 years ago, so only eating between 11 am and 7:00 pm. It works really well for me, and adds structure and consistency to my life. Idk if it’s really helped me lose weight but a lot of gut issues i had are less significant now
-
Not really. In the morning I have something light. Toast and coffee probably. Maybe some fruit. In the middle of the day I'll have my dinner, late in the afternoon I might pick at something.
-
jebediah why is that lady eating her butt is that 4th meal
-
Some days. It’s usually not eating breakfast or lunch then smoking weed after work and loading everything into one big elongated meal until I go to sleep.
-
Usually two, but I try to space them out and I end up snacking lightly between them. Cheese, fruit, and vegetables for breakfast is my new game changer. I cut out alcohol mid November and I have to have a drink with me pretty much at all times, so my soda water consumption has skyrocketed. If we're bragging about how clear our pee is I'd definitely be top five in the competition, maybe top three
-
Hell yeah guys I'm glad we're all drinking more than enough water everyday

I think she was just having a quick snack and was pleased with the taste.
-
Always three! Thank God my job allows time for a good lunch, I‘d be super grumpy half of the day without enough food. Lately, I have been eating warm meals for lunch and dinner, which probably isn’t ideal, but I just really enjoy good food. I do feel much better with a small light dinner though…

They really should bring the volcano taco back that sauce was so good.
-
usually just a phat lunch at 2 and maybe 2 dinners if im drinking
-
I eat blueberries and oatmeal with soy milk and sugar every day. Sometimes if I got strawberries I do double fruit oatmeal.
For lunch I sometimes get a salad and if I'm lucky a soup.
I eat pizza from time to time. Once a week I do chicken.
I eat a crazy amount of rice and beans usually.
-
I'm addicted to eggs and cheese. I avoid it.
-
I have a massive breakfast followed by a triple espresso that keeps me going until 1-2 pm, when I eat a little pasta salad or whatever snack is at hand. My dinners are huge, which I heard is a bad thing. I drink around 1 L of water as I rise out of bed and try to drink at least another 3 L throughout the day. I piss every 30 mins. Its a nightmare, but I think drinking lots of water is the secret to eternal youth. I hardly ever drink pop and I have recently cut down on beer.
-
3 meals with a big snack in am and pm. Gaining healthy weight is tough.
-
Coffee and cigarettes for breakfast
Healthy lunch, something light with fruit and veg on side.
Usually a semi-unhealthy dinner (pizza, chili, pasta, tacos, etc) with some vegetable on the side to make me feel better about it.
-
pretty much eat the exact same thing 5 days a week.
Breakfast: coffee, a costco danish + costco salami and cheese snack pack
Lunch: never heard of it
Dinner: subscribed to EveryPlate so whatever is on the menu that week/night
I don't snack at all.

My weekday breakfeast is a shake with a banana, 1 raw egg, half a cup of oatmeal, peanut butter, and a spoon of 100% bee honey with lactose free milk
That gets me going until lunch which is around 11am bc i work at a school. My lunch varies each day depending on my mood: sometimes I’ll have a 2 piece combo from kfc or church’s, sometimes cafeteria food, other days carne asada torta or something good from the same donut shop menu, if i’m feeling “healthy” a chicken lemon salad. I always regret getting jack in the box or carls jr.
Always water with my foods and thoughout the day.
After work 3pm i’ll eat something small at home, usually leftovers or snack.
Around 5 or 6 or 7 i cross the border to mex and visit my parents so, sometimes, I’ll eat home made mexican food.
Then around 7 or 8 i work out for an hour at this crossfit place in mex and afterwards i’ll eat whatever street food Mexicali has to offer: tacos, rib eye steak, carne asada potato, wrap, sushi, seafood, chinese, pastor burritos, etc.
Either that or cook myself something at my place.
I either eat at the spot or take out and cross the border back to the states and eat home by 9ish.
Btw im 33, 5’9” and 165lbs
And of course divorced and single w/o kids or pets lol
*Damn i eat like shit haha
But i feel strong and i’m healthy so fuck it
tl;dr
Yes i eat 3 times a day or a little more
-
I almost never eat breakfast, the times I do I weirdly feel hungrier until lunch. I almost always eat lunch unless I didn't pack one and am too lazy/cheap to go get take out somewhere. Dinner is usually my biggest meal. I honestly don't like to eat 3 meals a day personally, I feel like 2 is the perfect number for me. If I'm skating or doing anything active I prefer to do so on an empty stomach as I feel bloated/sluggish if I've just eaten, even something light.
I am trying to develop better eating habits, I'm finally getting out of the habit of eating out every meal as I couldn't afford it. I don't enjoy spending a lot of time cooking/cleaning in the evenings so I'm trying to figure out reasonably easy meals that are affordable, somewhat healthy and tasty. I also drink water throughout the day but I need to get better, its very easy for me to not drink much during the winter, no problem during the summer.
-
A bigass breakfast and a bigass lunch/dinner because of my unholy schedule. I take fancy vitamins with each meal to stay energized. Two cups of coffee a day, maybe three if it’s a shitty day.

ha probably. its the culmination of being 1 part an ex fat guy and 1 part an extremely cheap MFer

coffee for breakfast, water all day (usually a gallon+), beers, 8pm dinner. not sure if its healthy but its the routine. breakfast and lunch are rare and make me sleepy.
-
I make it a point to eat three meals a day during the work week, since I work a 9-5 and I get really cranky when I'm hungry. I have a few go-to breakfasts I'll cycle through depending on how much time I have in the morning. Lunch is usually leftovers or something quick and easy, unless I treat myself to eating out. Dinner really depends on how my day went. If I'm tired or stressed out or something I'll end up eating out but otherwise I'll try to make dinner. Some weeks I'm better at it than others. I always have coffee with breakfast and sometimes coffee or tea in the afternoon. I try to drink lots of water throughout the day. On weekends I end up accidentally skipping lunch most of the time because my days are usually a lot less structured.

That's like living the dream I would imagine.
-
I work from home so I eat well….
Breakfast: smoothie
Coffee
Granola bar
Apple
Lunch: leftover, or big salad
Dinner: home cooked
Snack: try not to eat something too bad….
Weekends I’ll eat out more
-
No, I really should though. I don't get hungry at all in the mornings and as for dinner I'm still adapting to the fact that I have class from 4pm to 10pm this semester
-
I'm lucky to get one, I just kind of snack. It's made me really snappy and moody about small stuff that usually I would not mind about too much. I been telling people off and I just have to stop.

I'm really inconsistent about eating meals and will usually just drink coffee til around lunch. Often I forget and just won't even realize I haven't eaten until someone asks if I have. I'm trying to put on some weight so it's def a bit of a hindrance at the moment.
-
3 meals a day, plus snacks. Lots of water, probably 2-3 cups of coffee. I usually eat pretty healthy but love junk food too.
Usually a bowl of oatmeal w/ fruit in the morning. If I don't eat anything before leaving the house in the morning, I feel pretty fricked within the hour. My brain starts to feel like gears are grinding against each other and I'm def the type to get hangry if I go too long without eating.
Lunch, depends if I'm working or not, but usually some kind of salad or bowl that I make myself.
I cook a lot and it's not unusual for me to cook like 1-1.5 hours for dinner. I think it relaxes me a bit, although sometimes, by the time the food is ready I'm over it haha. When I'm stressed or there's a lot going on, I cook less.

I ordered from pizza hutt and spent $9.00 on extra ingredients only to recieve a pizza with the literal store crumbs. I was so disappointed that I made a review where I ranted at them for being cowards so poor.
-
I usually eat a bowl of müsli with fruit in it between meals if I get hungry 8)
so usually eat about 5 meals a day.
Used to be anorexic so this is a flex lol.
-
More Pizza!?... How about some Bread Pudding!??
