I'm 46, I try to skate every day, even if it's for 30 minutes, a cruiser ride to a friends house, whatever, however. One thing I took for granted when I was young, was fucking off and thinking my 20's or 30's would last forever. Unfortunately they don't. Skateboarding is what you make it and what it gives you and what take away from it. As long as I can stand, I'll keep rolling. (I've also taken steps to prolong my activities, stretches, drinking less to none, lots of push ups and strengthening.... but this is my deal, do whatever works for you and make it happen.)
