don't want to be that guy, it's gnarly, but how can we call that a wallride ? no wall here...

was thinking the same thing. no doubt it's gnarly and i could never do anything like it, but it's a bank ride.

"Very large and steep bank ride of pain" doesn't have quite the same ring to it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wall

yes, that's a wall. the wall in question is not 90 degree vertical, but it is still a wall.
first words from your link: A wall is a vertical structure

you're an idiot. It looks like one of those banks that's so steep it's impossible to get to the top of, let alone ride more that five feet on. It's also slick looking marble and looks to end somewhere near vert ramp high. It's a wallride

first time I saw this spot, I went and stood at the top, knowing what would inevitably happen, but unable to really conceive of it. Still not sure that I can.

Not only is it a wallride, it is pretty much the wallride.

Wallride is a catch-all term.  This isn't tax law.  So to define it as a "wallride" you require a 90 degree angle?  Do bank to walls count?  How about wallies should they sometimes be called bankies?

I understand how the slightest bank on a wall surface makes wallriding WAY easier, but you are arguing technicalities, just look at the nice photograph.

I straightened the picture out since it had a deceiving tilt. It looks less steep now, but it still looks way steeper than the beryl banks. And those are pretty much the steepest banks one can skate like a bank. I'd say that alone makes it a wallride.

Also, I feel for his ankles if he bailed at all and tried to run out on those stairs.
