The worst thing ive seen at a skatepark was a dad doing the same thing with his baby. Except he couldnt skate, so needless to say after hitting a pebble he just flung forward and squished his baby. Brain damage for sure. What an idiot, felt sorry for the baby.

At Freedom Plaza like 2 months ago there was a dad skating around holding his son (maybe 2 years old) superman style. And he was skating all around the plaza like dipping him down on the ledges so the kid felt like he was grinding. It looked sketch but I just figured it wasn't my business to tell a guy what to do with his son, because it wasn't like he was beating him. Then he hit a crack and just wen down hard with the kid who went face first into marble. The kid was crying then they started giving him a little bit of booze and he mellowed out. I was weirded out by the whole situation and just left.

two summers ago I witnessed a kid get thrown from his board going down a bank and he hit his head so hard. He knocked himself out for about 10 seconds then when he came to he couldn't talk right and we knew he had a gnarly concussion. his mom was right there in the car but was like "what did I tell you about wearing your helmet son?" and " If I take you to the hospital you wont learn your lesson". they just got in the car and left, it was one of the most fucked up parental moves I have seen...
