Toronto fans still think they're getting Stamkos so fuck off ya dreamers
[close]

What does that have to do with anything?

Anyone who even considers Reimer as a top flight goalie is a Leafs fan, so that.
[close]

Can't believe I'm going against my own advice and taking the bait but Reimer had better numbers on the worst team in the nhl this year than ward did. Ward is 4 years older and the canes had a decent young team this season, definitely better than Toronto who was again the worst team in hockey. Unless I missed something no one called Reimer a top flight goal tender but besides fleury he's probably a teams best option at a goalie acquisition in the off season. and I'm definitely not a leafs fan I'm just not stupid.

Also Crosby had 3 gwg's in that Tampa bay series but you are totally right he looked like an ahler

Yeah cause you can't come up with shit like most Leaf fans. No one wants Reimer he has no accolades and you guys still tout him as a hot commodity. Sit down

both goalies are worthless....

Teams might take one to tandem w. someone younger but you could never pay them that much....

Met Gordie Howe....exactly what everyone says....big fists....he was sitting down but seemed taller than me....tried to make you feel important by chatting a bit....did the elbow while getting my photo and I didn't know what he was doing.....dude did so much....as a player...the work he did for the players union....bouncing to the WHA to get paid....shit was so lopsided for the owners...he helped change that....

his wife had picks disease which you could tell was so rough on him but he kept going....seemed like a real pro....

Sharks definitely turned a lot of heads this post season and can definitely make it back next year.

Also you're welcome for jones. Signed, a Bruins fan

Really wish we kept him after the season and the playoffs he had

Jones was incredible.

I don't want to see Fleury leave the Pens but with his salary and Murray stepping up, I don't see him sticking around.

Ward re-signed with Carolina on a two year contract worth 3.3M per season. If he can get 3.3M per given his numbers have been worse than Reimer's over the past few years... it really wouldn't surprise me to see Reimer get around 3.5M if not more barring the demand on the free agent market.

Been a huge fluery supporter since day 1 in Pittsburgh.

Rallied for him when he got bumped to Wilkes barre and got to meet him and get my jersey signed in 08. Nicest dude and I'll always have memories of his efforts for the pens' cups but I'm okay with seeing him go at this point.

It's kinda crazy how quickly everyone in Pittsburgh stopped celebrating the cup.. City would have felt it so much more if they closed in game 5

Fucking right! Not as great as his shorty against LA (Kopitar, Doughty, and Quick) in 2014. As a diehard Bruins fan I can say it's about time Brad Marchand is getting credit for his skill, and not his borderline plays.

Hell of a player, and stoked on his new contract.

What's Bergeron? Did you watch the link? It's Marchand's WC winning short handed goal.. that is unless for whatever reason we are getting dif videos. I'm pretty sure as someone who's not missed a single Bruins game I'd be able to tell the difference between Bruins alternate captain Patrice Bergeron, and the nose.

Unless you are implying Marchand is good because of being Bergeron's line mate, which is strongly suggest to you that you'd read the numerous analytical articles detailing how the two players boost each other's game in nearly every facet of play.

Charlie McAvoy impressed hugely in his NHL debut lastnight with the Bruins!

Here's hoping there's no more injuries or need to call up anymore D prospects though.

I was surprised to see the Sharks take game one of their series, as I feel like the Oilers are a pretty solidly built team from the net outwards. I guess this is where having little playoff experience from the young kids is going to bite them in the ass.

Yeah experience helps tons. The leafs have a great young team but I expect them to get annihilated in the first round because of this.

But the leafs and oilers need the experience, so have at er. It would be awesome if both made it through the first round.

Im happy Boston won. I fuckin hate Ottawa. I wish karlesonn(sp?) would just leave already.

Pittsburgh taking game one was no shocker. Anything less than a cup for Pitts or Chicago is a letdown season

Not saying the caps are choke proof or just getting plain beat....I just want to see them go a few rounds cause the team looks about as good as it can get.....

Normally I would too, but I don't want them taking out the leafs.

But if they do, I hope they win the fuckin cup

I was bummed we (leafs) lost the last game, I wanted to play Ottawa waaa?y more than the caps

Personally I think the caps will take the leafs in 5 and I'll be out a hundred bucks
